We were working with a big plumbing company for an ongoing leak at our condo. They were not getting anywhere at finding the leak. Franky was able to come out last minute as a second opinion. Within about 30 minutes of him running some tests, he was able to identify the leak! Such a lifesaver after the months of the other company pushing us off. He was very knowledgable and helpful! We would will be coming back to him for all of our future plumbing needs for sure.

SAN DIEGO GAS AND ELECTRIC. SHUT DOWN MY PARENTS GAS CAUSE A LEAK. CALLED IN. THEY DID A RE-PIPE FOR THE WHOLE HOUSE. WORKED EFFICIENTLY. AND ACCOMPLISHED THE JOB IN ONE DAY. NOT EVEN THAT. THEY CALLED IN SD&E FOR THE INSPECTION. SHORTLISTED SHOULD UP AT THE SAME TIME TO WALK THRU WITH THE INSPECTOR. CAME OUT GREAT. GREAT JOB. WOULD CALL AGAIN!!!!!

I got myself in a little bit of a pickle attempting to install a bidet. Get a bidet they said, it’ll be easy to install they said, yeah well didnt work out that way. I called a bit later in the day, and New Era was able to assist in getting me back to a working toilet. the bidet install didnt happen, but the fact that New Era was available (later in the evening) came pretty quickly, and got my toilet back working…… absolutely gold star. Nice friendly and non money grabbing….. More business need to run like this!!!

I strongly recommend this plumbing company..I had a overflowing toilet, along with a busted pipe. Frankie came out a half hour later, fix the problems,& at a reasonable price!! He definitely didn't take advantage of the fact that it was a emergency situation..He truly is A Honest, Good Guy!!! Call Him if U want Honest, good work done, & You dont wanna be ripped off..😊
